• PIP is a disability benefit for working-age individuals in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. It's granted based on the impact of health conditions on specific activities, not just on diagnosis, except in end-of-life cases.  
• The Turn2us PIP Helper helps people manage their PIP applications. You can use the Turn2us PIP Helper with your client, send them to use it independently or use a mix of both. 
• The adviser version features of the Turn2us PIP Helper include managing multiple clients, saving and editing client sessions and sharing the session with your client. 
• Logging into the PIP Helper, either with an individual account or an adviser account, allows you to save your progress and continue the session next time you log in.
