As the Programmes Assistant at Turn2us, you’ll be a vital member of the Edinburgh Trust team within our Programmes & Partnerships Directorate. Your work will support the Head of Edinburgh Trust, allowing them to focus on strategic initiatives related to poverty reduction, co-production, and community engagement.

We are looking for someone who can confidently co-ordinate our brand review project, working closely with the Head of Brand and Communications and the Campaigns and Communications Manager to balance the needs and views of both external and internal stakeholders.

In this pivotal role, you will enhance the Research & Learning function at Turn2us, ensuring robust Measurement, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) frameworks are developed and implemented across our work.

The Head of EDIB is a fantastic opportunity to head a team that focuses on how Turn2us maximises the impact for people facing financial insecurity by developing equitable and  inclusive processes to help embed a culture where equity and inclusion are engrained in everything we do.

As our Data Analytics Lead you will deploy data expertise to transform our millions of data points into user-friendly reporting and analytics dashboards reaching all Turn2us teams.

The Campaign Mobilisation Manager will be responsible for the strategic design and delivery of our campaigning activities, managing and growing our network of campaigners, and promoting the voices of people with lived experience of financial insecurity as we campaign for systemic change.
