Annual Leave
Starts at 25 days increasing by one day per year up to 30 days (plus 8 bank holidays in England, 10 in Scotland). Pro rata for part time staff. Available from day one.
Pension
Provided through Legal and General. Employees are auto enrolled into the Stakeholder Pension Plan after three months’ service. Employees put in 5% and Turn2us will put in 7%. A lower contribution band is also available. Available from month three.
Flexible Working
Flexible working patterns available for employees allowing greater freedom in how work and home life is balanced. Available from day one.
Healthcare
Provided by Aviva. Costs are based on each individual's circumstances and are gained via a quote from our broker. Average is between £1000-£2000 per annum which is then paid monthly via payroll. Costs are reviewed annually and renewed each October. On completion of Probation.
Season Ticket Loan
Interest-free, non-taxable season ticket loans are available. On completion of Probation.
Cycle to work Scheme
Provided through cyclescheme.co.uk. Allows purchases on bike/ bike equipment of up to £1000 and then paid back over 12 months via salary sacrifice which lowers income tax and national insurance paid. On completion of Probation.
Parking Facilities
In Edinburgh, there is nearby free on-street parking or a permit can be purchased for office car park at £40 per calendar month. Available from day one.

Provided through Ecclesiastical. Available from day one.
Family Leave
Enhanced pay and leave provisions above statutory levels for maternity, paternity and adoption leave. Available from day one.
Compassionate Leave
Enhanced above statutory levels to support staff in event of close family member passing away – up to 10 days leave paid. Available from day one.
Volunteering Leave
Two days per annum on top of current annual leave. Can be used by employees to gain new experiences and skills outside of the workplace.
Examples could include volunteering at a food bank, helping in a school or becoming a trustee at another organisation. Available from day one.
Long Service Award
Long service is acknowledged for employees reaching 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 years’ service with £75 gross payment into salary. With Service.
Death in Service
Four-time salary paid to beneficiaries of staff member in event of death in service. Available from day one.
Tickets for Good
Offers employees access to free or discounted tickets for concerts, sports, theatre, and other events.
Kitchen facilities
London and Edinburgh offices have kitchens providing free tea, coffee and milk and microwaves for heating up food. Available from day one.
