What is the Warm Homes Network?

The Warm Homes Network is a collaboration between Turn2us, Citizens Advice Manchester and YES Energy Solutions, funded by Cadent. We’re working together to help people in the Liverpool City Region to claim the support they’re entitled to, make their homes more energy efficient, get help with budgeting, and access debt advice.

Who can access this support?

Currently, this service is available to people who live in the Liverpool City Region, an area covering six local authorities – Halton, Knowsley, Liverpool, Sefton, St Helens and Wirral.

How can it help?

Each partner offers a slightly different form of support. Turn2us can help you make sure you’re claiming everything you’re entitled to, by completing a benefits calculation or searching for a grant (money you don’t have to pay back) using our easy online tools. We also have practical, trusted information on a wide range of issues that impact people’s finances, and we have lots of information on energy schemes available throughout the winter months.

Our partners in the scheme, Citizens Advice Manchester and YES Energy Solutions also offer tailored support:

  • Citizens Advice Manchester support people with debt advice and management, budgeting and housing advice, income maximisation and benefits advice.
  • YES Energy Solutions can give advice on low-cost energy efficiency measures, low-carbon technology, income maximisation, and home insulation.

How can people access support?

People can access support by opening the chatbot on this webpage and select ‘Energy, bills and benefit support in Liverpool’. You’ll be signposted to support from Turn2us, and will also have the opportunity to get a referral to Citizen’s Advice Manchester and YES Energy Solutions to benefit from the support they’re offering as part of the network.

Please note that to make a referral to one of the other partners, we will need to collect some personal details. This data will not be shared with any third party other than the agreed organisation unless required to ensure your safety or the safety of others.
