Benefits Question and Answer session

Are you one of the 81% who haven’t checked their benefits entitlement this year? Are you missing out on vital financial support? As part of our Benefits Aware campaign, designed to help more people access the benefits they’re entitled to, our welfare benefits experts will be answering your benefits questions. 

We know that for many people navigating the welfare system can be overwhelming and time consuming – and we would like to help. So, whether you need information on challenging a decision; are wondering what Universal Credit is; or perhaps are unsure of what you could be claiming, please use our form to submit your questions by 5 pm on Tuesday 31st May. 

We will be limiting questions to a maximum of 30 and will begin publishing the answers from June 1st. If your question is selected to be answered on our website, we will contact you and let you know.
